A team of experts, as you need them. We develop and operate the platform, take on the time-consuming work of asset, data and document management, and support procurement as well as the sale of decommissioned assets. Choose the services your company needs and add more later. Details on the Services page.
Can the system be customised?
Yes. Modules, events and workflows can be tailored to how your company works: you only get the modules you need, events come with their own fields and steps, and approvals follow your internal rules. We set this up together during implementation.
Can it connect to other company systems?
Yes. Data can come in from fuel card, HR or accounting systems, for example, and Tabula can pass data on to connected systems too. We agree on how to connect them during implementation.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Data is held within the European Union, on infrastructure running in parallel across several sites, kept separate for each company, and our operations are certified to ISO/IEC 27001. More on the Security page.
How do we get started?
With a short demo. We then look at how your fleet works today and make a proposal; once you accept it, we implement, configure and train your team on the system, and keep supporting you afterwards. Read more about implementation on the Services page.
